I ordered three pairs of jeans online. Two fit perfectly; one did not. I decided to exchange these at the Parkway Mall store. I told the male clerk that I wanted to exchange for a different size. He checked and said they had one pair at which point I expected him to locate them. Instead, he stood there until I asked if he could point me in the right direction. He went to consult another salesperson, and I went to look on my own. I then noticed that he was helping another customer at the counter. So, I found some jeans at the same price (The jeans I brought to exchange were not clearance) to try on. The female clerk said she couldn't find the jeans to exchange. I spent 30-45 minutes finding trying on jeans. When I took the jeans to exchange, the male clerk said the difference would be $69. The jeans were the same price and not clearance. He said that was store policy since they were different styles. I returned the jeans for a refund and did not make a purchase. When I was in college, I worked retail for a national store. This situation would have turned out this way. I'm totally dissatisfied at the lack of professionalism and store policy.

It was great to be able to try in clothes again! This dress fit perfectly! The young lady that assisted was great helping with my discounts too
