I could overlook it if it were a day where I could tell they were slammed busy, but they really weren't. A few employees were actually standing nearby chatting for a bit (store stuff, so they were doing their jobs just fine), so that tells me it wasn't too crazy a day.
I'm really low maintenance and actually prefer to be left alone when I'm shopping, so no big deal for me personally- but having worked in retail for many years in the past I know when some constructive feedback is needed.
I know COVID probably has every store hurting for help and priorities have probably shifted a bit. There’s something to be said about a personal shopper which is what my experience was. Hence the prices are justifiable.
