- 1 out of 5.0Rating 1.0July 12, 2021This isn’t my first time having a bad experience at this location. This time I went back only because my girlfriend wanted to go shop. She ended up finding a nice scarf on clearance for an additional 60%. When it was time to check out we were helped out by an unenthusiastic worker. She didn’t say hello or even ask everything was good, just asked to put our phone number for points. What was even more surprising was that she seemed to be some type of manager or lead because when she needed change for the register, she just walked away without saying anything to us and proceeded to unlock some drawers looking for change. She didn’t find any so she walked to the next cashier to ask for change and they proceeded to have a quick convo with each other in front of all the customers. It was very odd behavior and attitude that I have never experienced elsewhere.
What made me want to share feedback was how consistent the poor service is at this particular location. This isn’t the first time I’ve received very plain customer service from the workers at the Los Cerritos Express. And it clearly shows that they really just don’t care. The cleanliness of the store and the attitudes of the workers makes this store no different from Forever 21.
