- 3 out of 5.0Rating 3.0April 18, 2021Recommend not training brand new associates during peak shopping hours - I shopped there on a Sunday evening around 5. I understand staffing and talent concerns, but it is in the best interest of everyone that a brand new employee not be in the line of fire , both for the sake of customer and employee experience. I could see he was overwhelmed and looking for answers, just as I was losing patience, for which I felt extremely guilty. The same transaction could have been completed with much more speed and efficiency if performed by a tenured staff member , while this new hire shadows the transaction.
