I asked the employee why it wasn’t an even exchange and she said she didn’t know and acted like it wasn’t that much extra and that it was no big deal. The customer service rep/cashier who helped me (unfortunately didn't get her name) was awesome too - super friendly and helpful. I was there around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13th if that helps; I believe she may have been the manager on duty but not sure. Only complaint is that the wait in line took a bit longer than it should have but that was due to a difficult customer returning some items and not the two cashiers at the register.
