My experience was not the best. Yes, I was greeted at the sales floor, and everything is greatly organized. However, I was there to exchange an online purchase and the cashier didn't feel welcoming. I told her I had a $30 reward when I dropped my return items at the register, before I would pick what I would exchange it for and she forgot. I asked if I could use my express coupon and she looked disappointed. I tried to use my express card through my phone and apparently scanning it didn't work. She asked if I was sure I didn't have my card with me. I said I didn't, so she looked me up. It's all fine, but It didn't feel great. There is one thing that does bother me. I bought a pair of suit pants for work and it seems it was a return, because the sku was written in pen, and it seems the reason was the zipper wasn't sewn properly. I can't return it because I already took the tags off. But defective merchandise shouldn't be put back on the sales floor to be sold. I never give a bad review, but this time I feel I had to.
