- 5 out of 5.0Rating 5.0August 5, 2021My 11 year old son is nonverbal. During our vacation in FL we walked by your store and he saw a shirt on a mannequin. He walked himself into the store and stood near it, indicating to me he wanted the shirt. He was not budging without it.
After searching for the shirt in the racks, an employee offered to help but could not find it either. She called the manger who also helped. After concluding they had no more of that shirt, she offered to sell us the one off the mannequin. My son was thrilled and proudly watched her take the shirt out of the display, walked with me to the register, and helped pay for it.
He had never independently picked out a clothing item before. The entire staff helped and seemed to enjoy helping my son make his first purchase. They looked as happy as he did. I commend your staff not just for their customer service but for their humanity and compassion.
