- 3 out of 5.0Rating 3.0December 17, 2016The staff at Express in Market Place Mall are AMAZING!! Amy the manager is friendly and knows me by name when I come in the store. I have shopped at this express for over 7 years. Almost all my clothes come from Express, I am not even exaggerating! I would love to give the store 5 stars due to the exceptional customer service I have received there for 7 years, but as of late I am extremely disappointed with the direction and inventory of this location. The company has limited the amount of dressier, work clothing items and higher end dresses. It appears they are targeting a college age crowd and I find it disappointing. I don't see that inventory selling as much and there are plenty of stores with cheaper price points that target that age of logo t-shirt, "squad goals" wearing customer. I have resorted to buying many of your items online since they are rarely carried in Market Place Mall. I hope this trend isn't permanent and that eventually the store will go back to the way it has been in previous years.
