Assuming I worked there because I am Latino, I asked him why he thought I was an employee, keep in mind I am wearing slippers and have a hand full of product, and he says, "Because you have so much clothes in your hand I just assumed you worked here." So I asked him, "So you think I am not purchasing this product?" So he got a bit embarrassed and he said well I don't know where I should put this product. And I responded by telling him to try his best and put it back where he found it.
This is sadly an encounter that I consistently run into. I try my best to assume the best in others, but come on I was wearing slippers.
