Wonderful fit and exceptionally designed love them

Store employee helped me find item I had seen as an Amazon pick. When the store (Mall St Matthews, Louisville KY) didn't have it in my size, she ordered it for me and arranged for it to ship to my home. This was my first time in an Express Store. It wont be my last.

I really hope I have his name right; David, I believe his name was... He was so freaking amazing and knowledge able of your system. Honestly, both myself and boyfriend faced problems with both our online purchases and also mine through the App (I couldn't check my cart out) but hats off to David's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, bc I went back to into the store by myself and guess who was there?!!? David!! My good ol pal lol. Honestly, he really helped me out, and had I not been able to apply any sign up rewards I would've still been okay with my purchase just because of David's customer service. I must say with all the wonky stuff that's happened with app issues and online, you've all redeemed yourselves with quality pieces and great staff! Thanks a bunch!
