I would have spent $1000 I needed a ton of clothes but I asked for help several times and they would not help. The store was a disaster and so dirty. This has happened multiple times. I don’t even like going in there, so I’ve started shopping online mostly because I still like express clothes. The store has a sign that clearly says you are not allowed inside without one...yet they allow people inside without one 😤 they need to be strict and not allow service to anyone who refuses to wear one !!! Very disappointed!!

Usually I go to the Express at Oakview and always have a great experience but the time I visited this location, it was almost impossible to get help. I was carrying around a bunch of clothes and no one once asked if I wanted to put them in a changing room. These same employees also were chatting while in the way of the other clothes I wanted to look at, oblivious to the fact I was there. My cashier was incredibly friendly and nice though.
