After my purchase, the cashier spoke into his audio device and told someone on the other end, the amount of my purchase. Then as I’m leaving the store, they made sure to watch me walk through the sensormatic alarm system. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and embarrassing. As an A list reward member for the last 10 years, I will never shop there again and may have made my last Express purchase.

He had to go into the stockroom to find it (which they should have been out in the store in the first place) I never told him my size but he came out already assuming my size by just looking at me and they had the sweater! I was so impressed and pleased with my experience. The came in separate deliveries and they did not match color had to return and the manager would only give me store credit . Never had this happened before . Makes me not want to shop there anymore .
