- 1 out of 5.0Rating 1.0September 9, 2021I came to the Express Store in the Woodlands, TX to pick up an order that I placed online (EXPR153237579CT). I am not happy with the service that I received from two employees.
I arrived at the store today (9/2/21) and waited in line to pick up my order, there was one customer in front of me. Once the customer finished her order, the two sales reps at the counter (Adriana and Cat) walked away. I was in line, they saw that I was in line and they just left and started folding clothes. So I waited in front of the empty counter, hoping that someone would notice that I'm there....they didn't even glance in my direction.
James came by and retrieved my order. He even asked if I wanted to try the garment on and I'm glad that he suggested it because it did not fit. I wanted to exchange the S for a M and Cat came to assist James with this. As a result, I lost my $15 in rewards that I earned and used on my original purchase.
Cat was very dismissive and not friendly
nor helpful. When I told her that I still wanted to use my $15 in rewards. She replied, "Well the shirt is only $44 dollars." The discount plus my rewards brought the shirt down to $12. Cat seemed annoyed, told James to call customer service and walked away again. She was VERY unpleasant and didn't attempt to make things right or help me at all.
James was wonderful, he was very helpful but I think he was new and needed some assistance (that Cat did not provide). Finally, Halley came over and assisted me. I'm not sure why it took this long for someone to assist me with a transaction that should have been easy. Halley was very nice but I was already annoyed and felt like I was unimportant.
I'm not happy with this experience and being treated like I don't matter. Cat and Adriana (especially Cat) need to work on their customer service skills.
I brought this issue up to customer service (Lori R.) and I found her response to be dismissive and indifferent.
