All of the promotions and item prices are labeled and easy to find. The workers care to help you in any way possible. I brought in a pair of pants that I received for a gift and wanted to exchange for a different size, they wanted to charge me for the difference. This was the exact same pair of pants. Received sweater dress for gift, needed smaller size. They offered to have this shipped, this ended up costing me more. It got to the point that I wasn't going to argue.
