This is the pinnacle of what service should be: engaging, in the midst of your customers, team selling, honest suggestions and happiness to serve the guests. The support management always aim to make certain I am satisfied with my selections, fit and overall comfort (Camilla, Asia). The Store Manager, Sherry, works smart to make sure that she seeks the customers' satisfaction (including mine). They really are your brand and knows their product and people well enough to reach out beyond my having to frequently come in on my own, but to clientele and inform me when a piece/pieces come in that would be perfect for my style aesthetic. They reach beyond the basics and the easy A, if you will, of going through the motions; there are other brands I cease to shop because they have become familiar with my ability to shop without interaction comfortably. However, these Avenues employees know that what makes someone come back time and time again beyond the quality (because I can get that in a few places) is making the customer know he/she matters, is valued and they never step out of the shoes of the consumer because they are the consumer as well. They are all kind of a big deal to me.

Express @ The Avenues has the most personable customer service that is designed specifically for my visit. They call me by name, know my sizes, my style aesthetic and when shipment comes in they already have items chosen to suggest to me. This is value-added service and for more than 8 years this is why I have been a loyal patron.

The store was organized well which allowed me to quickly locate my item and check out.
