I made a return, which included a product I purchased partially with Express points. He was only willing to offer me $14 on a $57 blouse, which seemed strange that then my reward points would have just disappeared, and not be able to apply them to my next purchase. It actually shorter than expected., color is gorgeous, but the material is not that great for the price. I wish the items that are sold out would not even show up.
