It’s nice to see you are starting to get more fashionable items. However, your customer service is terrible. It definitely keeps me from shopping from your website and stores. I just received my online order and the items I ordered were stuffed into a small box. I ordered 3 top and a pair of earrings and the tops were crumbled into the box and the packing slip was crumbled as though someone was throwing away a piece of paper in the trash. The 3 tops could have easily been folded in half neatly and placed on top of each other to fit in the box along with the packing slip. Instead they were crumbled up and thrown into the box and arrived all wrinkled. I place several online orders from other retail locations and they send it nicely packaged wrapped neatly in tissue paper or folded neatly and placed in the box. The items I received looked like someone was throwing out trash and shipped it out. Also, terrible experience with your customer service reps.. Definitely, the last place on my list to shop for something, if ever again..

Two employees on the floor were too busy folding to offer any help, or even just say hello. The cashier was very friendly & helpful though. Love the jeans we bought.
