Excellent customer service

I don't usually shop at Meadows Mall. Walking the mall, I remember why. There are a million gym shoe stores and that's about it. I saw Express, stood by the entrance, deciding if I wanted to go in. It had been years since I'd been in Express. My mind said it was for the twenty somethings. When I saw a woman about my age working and dressed appropriately casual, but classy. When I saw her, I thought maybe I can shop here again? I was delightfully greeted by April. I usually like to do my own thing while shopping, but April had a way of making me want her assistance. It was busy, only her and one other person. Taking care of everyone in the store, in the fitting rooms and at the registers, they did a great job! I think they were working on a delivery too. They were hanging clothes from a box. April introduced me to Brittany who was such a doll. I'm an old super hero fan, I would call them the Dynamic Duo! They were everywhere and with smiles the whole time. They are the reason I will come back to this mall and the reason I will shop Express again. I'm excited to see the what they called Express Cash from my purchase so I can use it when I come back. I'm not up on all this technology stuff, but April showed me how to download the app, so I can track my rewards. This is how customer service should be! They made my day! Be back soon ladies!
