- 3 out of 5.0Rating 3.0December 30, 2020I was not greeted when I came in the store. I tried to find employees to ask a question, but two were folding clothes and in conversation. I felt awkward interrupting them, so didn’t find what I was looking for. I returned an online purchase and exchanged for two instore items. Employee ringing up my sale was not unfriendly but not friendly. Processed the transaction efficiently but that is the nicest thing I can say. Very ambivalent. No one was rude, but no one was friendly or interested in providing customer service.
