I called the store to confirm the reason and the associate said they didn’t have it. So I was refunded on the gift card that I had used for the purchase. I was in need of a dress for an event so decided to venture in store to see what else they had. Low and behold the dress I ordered was literally on the rack. So I go to checkout and I was buying that dress and another dress and went to use my gift card but the funds had not gone back I guess. The girl who was checking me out was not helpful! I was so disappointed because I love Express.
