He did not want to wait on us. If I did not really need what I purchased I would have ordered online. I have been a customer of the Express for 30 years. I was visiting my daughter. He deserves no stars. I have been in customer service 29 years. I treated every customer equally no matter who they were. Even used my express cash to get it which made it such a great deal and the next day went up in price. Just completely disappointed.
