I asked the sales associate if she thought it worked with the slacks I had purchased and she expressed her approval and commented in detail what she thought. She was so polite and told me I should sign up for awards, discounts, and more. Great experience. The fitting rooms were limited which makes no sense because they were no signs asking people to maintain 6 ft apart so why separate people in fitting rooms? Also there we’re only two registers open and there were about 7 people in line. People were not guided on where to form a line so lines were being created from both ends of the store which got people upset. Staff never apologized for the wait. - 1 out of 5.0Rating 1.0January 10, 2021Had to return items purchased from the store. When I purchased them the dressing rooms were closed and no one was allowed to try clothes on. Upon returning the items and buying new items the store told me I would lose my express cash I used on prior transaction. The manager was quite rude and very unhelpful about the situation. I didn’t want to make a scene but she was very unprofessional towards me.
