    I haven’t been to an Express store in person for a couple of years (typically order online) but decided to visit the store for some dress pants. The place was a mess. Dirty, messy, looked terrible. The dressing room floors were dusty and dirty and being held open by a heavy stool which promptly tipped over when I tried to slide it out of the way to close the door since i was holding 4 pairs of pants. It landed directly on my toe (wearing sandals) and cut my toe. Then when I went to pay for my pants, the one clerk behind the counter was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me, or say one moment, or anything. Just kept talking and made me and others behind me stand there waiting. She also could have asked the other young man to come help but didn’t. I won’t be going back to that store. It was nothing like my previous experiences shopping at Express for many years.

    My sizes weren’t available in some of the shirts and pants that I wanted. There wasn’t anyone available at the fitting rooms

    Chris did a great job in helping me start up my wardrobe for my new role in management! Not only I got the most beautiful outfits that I can mix and match, I got the best deal as well. I want planning on spending so much but I can’t help but buy all the outfits Chris got for me! Because of his excellent service , I end up buying tons of clothes and saved up a lot for opening up an express credit card and save instantly ( 20% off). I will definitely shop again soon for my spring/summer outfits when Chris is in the store .. I cannot thank him enough for helping me find great outfits with great deals.. Express is very lucky to have him and I got lucky going to the store and he was there to help me and many others. THANK YOU CHRIS
