- 5 out of 5.0Rating 5.0October 17, 2020The mall where it's located was unexpectedly closing early due to events outside in the community. I got there about ten minutes before closing. The sales associate was extremely helpful, and pointed me toward a few dresses appropriate for the occasion. I tried two on and chose the one I liked best. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. I checked out a minute before closing time, pretty record time for me! She just seemed very efficient and professional while still being warm and friendly. I'm very happy with the dress. Tell her thanks for very good experience. I haven't been in an Express for ages, but I will definitely come back. I wish I could recall her name, but you probably know that from the transaction ID.
